Abstract

Renal vascular disease is the second most common cause of secondary pediatric hypertension, usually occurring as intimal or atypical medial-perimedial stenosis. The precise incidence of this form of hypertension is unknown, although its clical importance has been clearly established. Assessments of renin activity and arteriography are useful in identifying functionally important lesions. Herein, we report a case of right renal artery stenosis combined with right ureteropelvic junction obstruction in a 5-year-old male patient with review of literatures.
